1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at draperyreveal.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) The Service

Drapery Reveal™ is a free, browser-based tool that allows you to open a 3D model and generate a cloth-reveal animation you can export as an MP4. The Service is in early beta and may change, break, or be unavailable at any time.

3) Your Content (3D models, textures, etc.)

• You may open supported formats (for example: .glb, .gltf, .obj, .fbx, .stl, .3mf, .step, .stp) to use the Service.
• You retain all rights to your content. We do not claim ownership.
• To provide the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content locally in your browser (e.g., render, simulate, record, and export) solely to deliver the functionality you request.
• You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to use your content with the Service and that your use will not violate any laws or third-party rights (including intellectual property and privacy).

4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or obscene content; (b) attempt to access the Service by automated or deceptive means or to interfere with its operation; (c) reverse engineer the Service; or (d) use the Service to create, distribute, or test malware.

5) Third-Party Services; Ads & Analytics

The Site uses third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics/Tag Manager, Google AdSense, Hotjar, Formspree, hosting providers). Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes these services and your choices.

6) Intellectual Property

The Site, its software, and content (excluding your content) are owned by Drapery Reveal™ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Site except as allowed by law.

7) Feedback

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose.

8) Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE. We do not warrant that simulations, recordings, or exports will be error-free or meet your needs.

9) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DRAPERY REVEAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drapery Reveal™ and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

12) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and the United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Indiana for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

13) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service and update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
