1) Who we are

Drapery Reveal™ (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website draperyreveal.com (the “Site”). This Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2) What this Site does

The Site is a free, browser-based tool that lets you open a 3D model and generate a cloth-reveal animation you can export as an MP4. Processing of models happens locally in your browser for normal use.

3) Information we collect

• Information you provide — e.g., your name, email address, and message if you contact us via our form or email.
• Usage & device information — IP address (or truncated IP), approximate location, device and browser type/version, pages viewed, time on page, and actions taken on the Site.
• Cookies & similar technologies — small files and identifiers used for functionality, analytics, and advertising.

4) 3D files & local processing

When you open a model (e.g., .glb, .gltf, .obj, .fbx, .stl, .3mf, .step, .stp), it is handled in your browser to render, simulate, and record. We do not receive or store your 3D files as part of normal use. If you send us a file (e.g., by email) for support, we use it only to address your request and then delete it when no longer needed.

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and its features.
• To respond to your messages and provide support.
• To measure performance and understand how people use the Site.
• To display, personalize (where permitted), and measure advertising.

6) Third-party services we use

• Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — used for site measurement (e.g., page views, events, device data). Learn how Google uses data here. You can limit analytics via browser settings/add-ons, including the Analytics Opt-out.

• Formspree — processes contact-form submissions so we can receive and reply to your message. See Formspree’s Privacy Policy.
• Hosting — our hosting provider (e.g., GoDaddy) may process logs and usage data to operate the Site securely and reliably.

7) Cookies, consent, and your choices

Where required (e.g., EU/EEA, UK, certain U.S. states), we display a notice to obtain consent for non-essential cookies. You can also manage cookies in your browser settings. Note that some features may rely on cookies to function.

8) Legal bases, rights, and regional disclosures

GDPR/UK GDPR — When applicable, we rely on consent (for non-essential cookies/ads), legitimate interests (Site operation, security, improvements), and contract (responding to your requests). You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing.

U.S. state privacy laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA) — We do not “sell” Personal Information, but ad cookies may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. We retain contact messages and associated Personal Information as long as needed to respond and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it. Analytics/advertising partners set their own retention periods.

11) Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under the age of digital consent where you live). If you believe a child has provided Personal Information, please contact us to request deletion.
